Day 4 *A habit that you wish you didn’t have

More than a habit is an annoying problem, insomnia. I really wish I did not have that problem, but it's there every night. According to my therapist I have a very active mind, only strong sleeping pills help me sleep.

Lack of sleep makes me feel tired most of the time or cranky. I hate being in bed tossing and turning unable to sleep.
